Staff at this location are so nice. Easy to approach and talk talk to. I wish they had more doctors during the urgent care days or the weekends. I will recommend this location is still the best Alina location. I like the doctor.

I've been going to this clinic since I was a child and had to get my blood drawn in the lab after an appointment and got light-headed as a result. The emergency response team was great, quick, and respectful. They had to deal with not having the proper type of blood drawing chairs in the lab (which from the looks of it have never been replaced in the time I've been going there or they've just bought the same kind). This led to the team having to improvise a way of raising my legs above my head which was fine for a young person (24) like myself but i cant imagine being older and having to go through the improvisation. Allina, please invest in proper equipment for caring for your patients and making your staffs life easier. It benefits everyone and hurts no one.

Though the wait time can be lengthy, Allina Urgent Care uses text messages to update on patients' expected times to be in a room and seen by a doctor. It certainly helps to know things are moving along and help is coming soon.

From the time I signed in at front desk, to actually seeing doctor it took 20 minutes. The staff was kind and that matters. Thanks to my nurse and Dr. Dunn.

Different than previous times I saw the worst Dr ever at this clinic Me and my daughter were treated so badly by the Dr she even declined the service we supposed to get just by saying we don’t have stuff to do that. I never had such Dr like her

The staff at the urgent care were very professional and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed by the new sign in at the urgent care. They told me it would be a 3 hour wait, but I didn’t have to sit there for 3 hours to be seen. I could leave & come back at my scheduled time. I was able to make a few errands before coming back to my scheduled appointment
