Arrived at 9:15 for a 9:35 appointment. Was not seen by the actual doctor until 11 a.m. Our time with her ended at 11:06. Two other clinic workers did run some vision tests on our son prior to seeing the doctor and eyes were dialated, but we spent a lot of our visit waiting. I know Dr. Freeman, who we had seen in Minnetonka, spent much more time with our son who has Down Syndrome. This is a specialty clinic and costs accordingly but I’m not sure I’ll return after this visit. I did not have complete confidence in the vision screening process for our son who is less verbal and was not pleased that the actual time with the doctor was only 6 minutes. I felt Dr. Freeman at the Minnetonka clinic was much more thorough and the vision screening process also seemed more effective for a child with Down Syndrome. Patients should also know no glasses are available for purchasing at the Woodbury location. It felt like the focus was on quantity of patients rather than quality of care.

We've had multiple experiences with Dr. Origlieri and they have all been excellent! Wait times have always been very minimal, staff is efficient but very caring does not make you feel rushed. My son was first seen at only 2 years old and the were very patient and had great ways to obtain the information they needed without putting him outside of his comfort zone! Highly recommend their office!

Dr. Origlieri was a blessing to our family. She performed a very successful bilateral strabismis surgery on our 11 year old son. She was thorough in explaining what to expect with surgery, both best and worse case scenarios so our decision would be fully informed. Dr. Origlieri was very thorough and precise which I feel made his surgery so successful.

She was so kind today! A person like Dr Origlieri makes all the difference when it comes to taking your littles in for an appt. She was so professional and took care to make sure my son was comfortable, acknowledging his needs and wants and explaining everything she was doing in a calm and comforting tone. Great experience!
