List of Northwest Eye's Reviews
NW Eye has consistently been confused about the reasons for our appointments, gave us the wrong prescription at our last appointment, and now has been unable to order contacts for my daughter. I have tried to reach someone at the office to discuss but they use an answering service model that doesn’t allow you to talk to anyone knowledgeable about eye care services, billing, or even appointments.
Great experience and care
Very detailed and also very nice.
She explains things very well, takes time for questions
Our first time here, Dr. Catherine Origlieri and staffs were wonderful. Great communication, friendly, patient and knowledgeable.
Wonderful experience with professional staff.
Very thorough and listened to our concerns.
I've been going to NW Eye for many years, have had two cornea transplants and cataract removal. I have nothing but the greatest respect for Drs. Baretska and Kruthoff, and all the technicians who helped me.
Your call service doesn’t even direct me to pediatric scheduling after 20 min on hold. Fix your system if you want new clients
Everyone at the clinic was so kind and caring. My 6 yr old daughter was really fearful of getting eye drops and of the appointment in general, and everyone’s positivity and ability to connect with her—and especially Paige’s skillful ways with kids—allowed her to be brave and feel good about the experience. I’m so grateful! ❤️

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
