I would give zero stars if it was an option. I was there to get a defect in my quad tendon assessed. Dr. Zawacki walked into the room after the tech had spent a short time with me and took a few still shots. The doctor walked into the exam room said he looked at lots of images including my MRIs and declared my tendon free of any defects. I was mad. That wasn’t the examination that work comp was paying for. I called and complained immediately. Nobody ever addressed my complaint or called me back. Well they tried to schedule me for a separate procedure. When they called I explained that I would not be seen at CDI for anything. The lady was shocked nobody called me back and said she would take my complaint to whoever it should go to. I have never been called back. They took the taxpayers money and ran.
I was very pleased with how smoothly my appointment went from having my doctors referral person call to make my appointment for the next day to the online preregistration they have a good Woodbury location right off the highway with easy free parking the office was very clean with good safety COVIDpractices in place that I trusted very polite staff great technician and my doctors office received the radiologist results really fastI would recommend them and will use them again if needed
Beyond impressed with the staff the efficiency and dr brandt. Dave kremer
Staff is nice nobody was rude or rushed. Ive had good experiences with this place.
If you are selfpay call around to other places. Even Allina is cheaper than this place. They charge twice as much as everywhere in the Twin Cities but claim to be the cheapest in town. I was able to go to SUMA for half the price of CDI. They should be ashamed for deliberately ripping people off.
It was well worth the hour trip to have my 20 week baby ultrasound done here. I was able to save $1300. I need to return for a second ultrasound too so total savings of $2600 is great. This is my fourth baby. Compared to other ultrasounds this was by far the best. Smaller clinic great staff and the woman who did the scan was fabulous. She communicated with us and made us feel comfortable. Hospital ultrasounds are impersonal and awkward because they arent able to say anything. Looking forward to another visit for baby and will likely return to have my varicose veins treated here after baby.
I was having very bad back pain after a car accident that happened two years ago. I finally found Dr. Thomas Cohn who is absolutely amazing. He really goes above and beyond for his patients. I was is need for a lumbar rhizotomy. When I arrived everyone was wonderful with paperwork. Prep was great. The Nurse that I worked with was so friendly and did everything she could to make me feel comfortable. Doctor Cohn came in and walked me through everything that he was going to be doing.During the rhizotomy he knew I was nervous calmed me down. I couldnt be happier with all the staff that I worked with that day. Even the next day I received a follow up call from his officeDoctor Cohn is the most professional doctor I have ever met. He will really go to bat for you when ever you need it. If you have a concern he and staff really respond quickly. Thank you for helping achieve a better quality of life.
This place is way better than st louis park. They had headphones and the lady talked to me once in awhile. its just a lot easier to stay still when someone interacts with you.
Would definitely recommend going here over anywhere else
I have had 3 visits here and everyone was awesome. Thanks guys

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
