Scott Pepin Md's Online Review Report Card

Dr.Pepin was amazing when I went in to have him look at my knee. He ordered an MRI and called me the next day with the results. He answered every question I had. I feel I am in good hands when he does my surgery soon.

i am waiting for my operation next Tuesday and while they made a few small errors when helping me they were clerical/miscommunication issues and not pertinent to my surgery or the great care I have received so far (We are all human). I was in intense pain until this morning and wasn't very kind to the staff and yet still they were so kind and helpful to me. Doctor/Surgeon Pepin is professional, knowledgeable ...

I had a lot of anxiety about having my ACL repaired! Dr. Pepin was very kind and patient during both pre-surgery appointments. He took the time to listen to my concerns and fears, and answer all my questions (no matter how silly they may have been). The day of surgery he checked in and reassured me that he would get my leg fixed and back to normal. During the post-op appointments, he still took time to listen to my tangential comments and answer additional questions I had. Fingers crossed I never have to have another ACL surgery... But if I did, hands down, I'd want Dr. Pepin as my surgeon!

I had an office visit with Dr. Pepin for a knee injury. After same day xrays, I opted for an MRI scan. Once the images were finished and two weeks had passed I had to call his staff for an update/news on the MRI results. His staffing nurse didn't know if the results had arrived. She assured me she would call me back once she spoke to Dr. Pepin. That was over a week ago. This is the THIRD week and still no response from Dr. Pepin or his staff. I have left messages with no response. I have called the MRI location and the results were sent to his office/staff over 20 days ago. Still no response. This is unacceptable. Choose a different specialist.

Dr Pepin is fantastic! Another shoulder doctor wanted another MRI even though the one that was 6 months old showed tearing, so I sought a 2nd opinion. Dr Pepin didn't need another MRI. He went ahead and did my surgery. I didn't need any pain meds after 2 days. His beside manner it's top notch and his skills are as well.

I came in for a visit for shoulder pain that I have had for almost a year and had been doing physical therapy for almost 9 months. He ordered me an MRI which I was able to get in for the next day. They said it would take 24-48 hours for the results and because I was in a time crunch I called him right after the MRI, he called me back an hour later with my results and said I needed surgery but because of my situation I have to hold off on surgery so he ordered me a cortisone injection which I got the next day. Their team is incredible and I highly recommend.
