Dr. Seelhammer is a wonderful person and knowledgable doctor. Every appointment and interaction is always very pleasant and he does a great job at explaining situations and plans for treating my skin. Highly recommend.

He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Performed his work quickly and accurately all ensuring me everything will be ok. Very professional and deeply concerned about your comfort level when procedures are being done. Highly recommend him to anyone needing his services.

I see Dr. Seelhammer for my annual skin cancer screening. He has carefully diagnosed some suspicious growths in a timely fashion and has remedied other skin conditions. I like his honest, open and pleasant demeanor. Two thumbs up !

I did a telederm visit with Dr. Seelhammer and was so incredibly impressed. He got back to me within the hour and had a diagnosis for my acne that I hadn't had before (which makes so much more sense than past diagnoses). Even though it wasn't an in person visit, his response was very personal and personable and I felt well taken care of. I'm recommending both Dr. Seelhammer and Dermatology Consultants to everyone I know.

Our son has a benign nevus on his scalp, in our process of trying to discover what it was we were referred to Dermatology Consultants PA in Woodbury. The pediatric dermatologist that met with us hardly glanced at our son's scalp (didn't even touch him to move hair aside to really see our concern) and then proceeded to use medical terms to describe "cradle cap". We have 3 children and are well aware of what "cradle cap" is and what it looks like. He completely dismissed our concerns after our 2 hour drive to get to the appointment and then proceeded to ask us if we had met our deductible. We had no concerns about paying for this appointment and didn't insinuate any differently, as far as I am concerned he had no reason to ask this question and came across as though he just wanted to make sure he would get paid. I found it very offensive and disrespectful that he would ask this and felt as though he was judging us by our appearances. I am disgusted that we (or our insurance company) have to pay for this terrible experience. I would expect much more kind and caring treatment from a pediatric specialist of any kind. We did not know what was on our son's scalp and feared that it could be something that needed timely attention.

Dr. Seelhammer had wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to ask questions and listen to my issues. After the initial examination, he gave a diagnosis and a thorough action plan to resolve the issue. I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Seelhammer.

I would advise looking elsewhere if you are considering having any laser or light procedures.

Very impressed with his knowledge and down to earth manner. First visit was the entire checkup, took off some suspicious lesions, then called me personally with the results. Second visit was to have a procedure done, he explained everything fully before starting and during. Told my wife that she could stay in the room, she chose not to, but then afterwards, he gave her a complete rundown of the procedure and what to watch for and help with at home.
