I'd advise anybody to use minji clinics for colonoscopies liver specialist GI tract problems whatsoever they are awesome I have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease I have a liver specialist I have gotten healthier and one year with this medical company more than any other medical company out there it tops Fairview end Allina Clinics

I had a great experience, when I went on for an endoscopy.  There were no delays.  I was treat well, and felt comfortable with the Drs and nurses.

The nurse Christina Belfield put in my IV and I never felt any pain

Competent, qualified, personable and professional all the way. Facilities are top notch.

I really liked this place.  I had an upper endoscopy done last week.  Although I did have an issue with it,  I was able to connect to the  clinic and explain my concerns and Dr. Teagarden, called me personally and explained things in a way that I could understand.  I really appreciated that instead of having a nurse call me. Thank you MNGI !

Had a fine experience scheduling my colonoscopy appointment through MNGI, which I scheduled for the St. Paul location. The problem arrived when I requested some specific information about sedation and a nurse called me back, or at least I'm assuming it was a nurse. I was trying to determine whether or not Dr. Rettig, the Dr I selected, was comfortable performing colonoscopies without sedation. The individual I spoke with said it wasn't up to the Dr, but up to the anesthesiologist. I repeated myself, asking the same question: "Does the doctor have experience with unsedated procedures and is she comfortable performing them?" The individual was incredibly rude-- an utter and complete jerk. I'm a patient advocating for MY health. I will never use or recommend MNGI after this experience.

I called in January to see why money was automatically taken out of my account, they told me that I wasn’t signed up for automatically payments. I paid the full amount off on2/2, on 2/18 more money was taken out so I called again. I explained to the person that I had paid the account off and more money was taken out, she told me that no cc numbers on file unless they are automatically taken out, I than called my bank and was told that it was taken out by MNGI. I than called them back, spoke to someone differently and she told me that automatic payments had been canceled today, the first person I spoke to was just really rude and told me THAT I did make a payment on line on the 18th, she really needs to call and apologize to me, I can tell you that we will never go back to that place, I think the doctors and nurses were ok but I don’t like people telling me I did something that I know I didn’t do, the person I talked to in January and the person I talked to today just down right lied to me

My Insurance was billed $584 for a 20 minute telehealth call with a RN. Yes, $30 a minute to talk to a registered nurse about some digestive concerns. No physical exam or anything. Called to inquire they said yes that is normal even though the Billing code description states that this is used for a 45min to 1 hour consult.Nurse said that they would run some blood and stool tests. 2 weeks pass no one calls me. I have to call back to get something scheduled. Go get the tests, results ready again no one called me to tell me the results and I had to call them to get it. For the amount we are paying you would think we can at least get some good customer service? Seems from other reviews I am not the only one

After having appointments and blood work completed here for the last year, they cancelled my follow up appointment the morning of and won't see me again for another 4 months since they have "no availability" . But the kicker is they don't schedule that far out, so here I am stuck with no care or appointment. Why did I use your clinic just to be left stranded without care? I spent time and money for your help with my health and you cannot provide me anything now. Please don't say to send a private message, what the heck is that anyways? I needed care and you essentially kicked me out!

If I could give zero stars I would. The doctor I saw never followed through with the tests, never checked back in, and ignored my calls when my tests never showed up. We had to order these tests three times and nothing came. On top of that, no one helped us figure out what was going on. Save your time and find a doctor who cares about your health.
