Comtrea Health Center's Online Review Report Card

I called Comtrea-Arnold-Fox today to try to schedule an appointment because i have an infection in my gums. I recently lost my job, and as a result, I have to rely on Medicaid, which thankfully I can receive, but it severely limits my dentistry options. when I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered was VERY rude and unprofessional to me. she interrupted ME when I was explaining my situation, and then turned around and had the audacity to tell me not to interrupt her, when she was explaining why they wouldn't bother with scheduling a diabetic with a gum infection. I have my bachelor degree, which I can almost guarantee she doesnt even come close to having. Not that it's worth much more in this comment other than to point out the sheer ignorance and disrespect that's just exuding from Comtrea-Arnold-Fox's staff. I didn't deserve to be talked-down-to by HER, or THEM, and simply because I called in to THAT clinic, on Medicaid, in need of help, and I 100 percent feel that that's exactly what just happened to me. I really feel bad for the people that have to live their entire lives on Medicaid 100 percent of the time, and deal with places and people like this. I mean if were being honest here, that Troglodyte just told me my life didnt matter seeing as how an infection in the gums could realistically kill a diabetic, and she couldn't see past her own nose to keep her unwarranted attitude in check, which i take very personally, hence this review.

Great people who understand Anxiety and Depression, Don't be afraid to change your life..

Horrible staffing horrible counselors that cant even show up for meeting even zooms calls. Good luck this program is bogus

I have MS, and since taking a certain medication my teeth have really suffered. I’ve had to have a few pulled, and my 2nd pulling experience was horrific. When I needed my 3rd pulled I was scared to get it done...especially at a no insurance clinic. I had no choice to get the tooth pulled, so I took the chance. I’m so happy that I did! I received one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had. I didn’t feel any judgement for the shape of my teeth, and the pull was seemless!That 3rd pull was 3yrs ago, and unfortunately I’m in need of another. So, I will be going to Comtrea once again.

I received my first dose of Moderna today in the fight against Covid. Vaccine clinic was well run with friendly staff and volunteers. I was sitting in a chair, shot in arm, 7 minutes after my appointment time, electronic timer in hand that would let me know when my 15 minutes of observation time was up. They scheduled date (which I knew ahead of today) and time for my second dose on the way out.

Been a VERY helpful program to me. Without Comtrea idk how id be doing. Helped me get life on track, i talk weekly-bi weekly. Invited to their dental and general physician (Dr.) which for me are huge things, im 28 years old, and the peoole who work here in ALL branches deserve a shout out... never have I ever experienced outpatient care/follow up like i have here!Thank you for all that you do!👌🙏👍

Dental- Services listed on website like bridges crowns ect. Are NOT AVAILABLE. Urgent care only. Would not have gone if I knew they don't do the services they list on the website. Waste of time.

I have an Awful fear of the Dentist. I went for a consultation and told the Dentist this, I asked if there was any way I could be sedated. He told me they provide Nitrous for $75. I was Scared and Freaking out, it's like they didn't turn on the Gas. I called to talk to the office manager she refused to negotiate the price of the Gas. I do Not Recommend Comtrea to Anyone with a fear of the Dentist

I came in due to a tooth that was hurting me greatly for a while. Everyone was quite friendly and helpful. The Dentist made sure that I was adequately numb before she pulled my tooth. She also did give me the option of seeking a root canal to save the tooth, but I chose to have it pulled due to the cost of doing so. I would definitively go back for additional care and recommend to others.
