Comtrea Map Dental Clinic's Online Review Report Card

It's tough to even find Dental without insurance anywhere ..They do a sliding scale upon your income ( which you must show). There fees are affordable & they do their best to accommodate emergencies, & your schedule...Staff is Wonderful...❤️

I called Comtrea-Arnold-Fox today to try to schedule an appointment because i have an infection in my gums. I recently lost my job, and as a result, I have to rely on Medicaid, which thankfully I can receive, but it severely limits my dentistry options. when I called to schedule an appointment, the woman who answered was VERY rude and unprofessional to me. she interrupted ME when I was explaining my situation, and then turned around and had the audacity to tell me not to interrupt her, when she was explaining why they wouldn't bother with scheduling a diabetic with a gum infection. I have my bachelor degree, which I can almost guarantee she doesnt even come close to having. Not that it's worth much more in this comment other than to point out the sheer ignorance and disrespect that's just exuding from Comtrea-Arnold-Fox's staff. I didn't deserve to be talked-down-to by HER, or THEM, and simply because I called in to THAT clinic, on Medicaid, in need of help, and I 100 percent feel that that's exactly what just happened to me. I really feel bad for the people that have to live their entire lives on Medicaid 100 percent of the time, and deal with places and people like this. I mean if were being honest here, that Troglodyte just told me my life didnt matter seeing as how an infection in the gums could realistically kill a diabetic, and she couldn't see past her own nose to keep her unwarranted attitude in check, which i take very personally, hence this review.

Just left the mobile unit and it was the best experience ever. From the receptionist to the assistant, Laney, to the dentist, Allysa. They were all very warm and friendly,. They explained everything they were doing before they did it and did an excellent job. Thank you Comtrea ladies. You're a great team.

I was actually seen at the Hillsboro location today for a tooth extraction. They were all so amazingly kind and sweet through the whole process. Their sliding scale payment option is a lifesaver. Thank you all so much for all that you do at Comtrea. I am so grateful, and so happy to get that tooth out of my mouth.

I would recommend this place to anyone.. I had such a wonderful experience getting my teeth done.. I still have a bit to go on my treatment plan.. but to have over 10 teeth pulled and not have or feel any pain during the procedure was a godsend... and even today (a day after having the work done) I’m having little pain and discomfort... Thanks to the team of Comtrea❤️

The only things that need improvement would be the woman who checks you in to see the doctors, the doctors having so little time, and rarely they do not call to confirm.  These are all incredibly minor.  They do not do this all the time, but these have happened several times in my 16 years of treatment.

I've only positive experiences here! The counselors and the doctors are nice and helpful!
