Arnold location: It seems they want to overly treat for financial gains. The dentists wanted to fix >5 areas that had no visible cavities. It's consistently costly when we visit this office. I will be trying a different office.

I’ve asked them for several visits to only do fluoride when covered by insurance. This visit they do it and charge me $72. Then say “We’ll put a note on file”. I’ve asked every visit not to do it unless it’s covered by insurance why wasn’t there a note on file already. Why didn’t you say it’s going to be $72 today prior to doing it? Seems very dishonest.

This is the second time the front desk people are changing my kids appointment within few days prior to the original appointment day.

Wonderful experience from the time you walk in the door. Love the salt water fish tank! Staff is wonderful, do a great job. Doctor is A+. If you are looking for a dentist for your kids this is the place.

Wow this place is really a piece of work I had gotten permission for my 5 year old to be seen later from a manger so I call to get a appointment and the lady refuses to listen to me says she will check into it and then they send me a letter firing me from the practice. Well excuse me for needing a later appointment due to school and work. I’m more then happy to find a better place then this pathetic excuse of a office that chooses who they see later by age. I’m so happy to get away from unprofessional ignorant people who do not care about their patients. I will make sure to post and let everyone know just what kind of ignorant people and place this is.
