Dr. Heather Jones has been fantastic and instrumental in suppressing my skin diseases. I’m so lucky to have her as my doctor. If you have any issues with autoimmune diseases, don’t even hesitate to contact her.

Dr Heather Jones is THE BEST. She is so caring and compassionate. After meeting her, you’ll think she is too good to be true, & you’ll wish all your doctors could be this knowledgeable, personable, caring, & professional. She always goes above & beyond, calling me at home several times to check on me -after procedures or hospitalizations. She sets the bar pretty high, & she makes you feel you’re the only one under her expert care. She’s truly a blessing. You won’t be disappointed!

This was my first dermatology appt ever. I knew I was going to have a skin cancer check and that would require a level of undress. I was pleased I was able to leave on my underwear and bra, the gown was very soft and more comfortable than other depts in the hospital. The doctor inspected my skin with and relayed the findings to a nurse in the room. Both ladies were very polite and respectful of my body. It was simple to schedule the initial appt by phone and to schedule the return visit in one year. The results from a biopsy were relayed over the phone and through MyChart a week sooner than promised. I will be going back since I had a very positive experience.

Dr Jones and her staff have been wonderful helping me through many stressful and physically painful times. She's helped me improve dramatically with class and optimism!

Dr. Jones is incredible each and every time I see her! Her ability to explain complex issues is outstanding. Dr. Jones is interested in my general health and keeps on track of potential problem areas. On top of being one of the best doctors I have ever experienced, her kindness gives hope to our world.

Dr. Jones and her team (including Dr. Hickman) are outstanding! They diagnosed an awful skin condition and brought me back to a healthy outcome in less than two weeks. Professional, compassionate, and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

I struggle with anxiety disorder. Not only did she remove my blemish but she also gave me some really helpful information on cognitive therapy for my anxiety! It’s amazing when these specialty doctors can help even outside of their practice 😊 just goes to show they care and want to help! She also was AMAZING while doing the procedure, she talked to me about my love for kids and before I knew it the blemish was cut off and the procedure was done 😁 I highly recommend her especially if you are a nervous kind of patient.

She never returns calls, or her messages. I called and sent a message over 3 weeks ago and still no response. After my follow up I will have to seriously think about going back.

Dr Heather Jones is a fantastic doctor! Her desire to seek out the real problem combined with her very real interest in the patient puts her at the top of my list.
