The office staff at the Clarkson Eye Care on Vogel Road are the most inept people I have ever had contact with. I made appointments with Dr. Kassel for my family almost two months in advance. The morning of the appointments (a Saturday) someone from the office calls to say they don’t have insurance information on my son and husband. Since it is a Saturday, the insurance office is closed and they can’t verify benefits. We were told we could either come in and pay out-of-pocket or reschedule. I can guarantee you that I would not reschedule at that office EVER!! Inexcusable ineptness or just lack of pride in performing a good job!
