When you come in to the room, you smile and that smile makes me full of joy, if I was scared about anything, you brighten my day.. Dr. Blackwell's office practices all of the safe protocols needed at this time. They are on time and friendly. She is very attentive and caring in her approach to patient care. Highly recommended.

Dr. Blackwell is the most professional and kind dermatologist whom I’ve ever had the pleasure of being treated by: she correctly diagnosed and then helped me manage my rosacea, adjusting the treatment as needed throughout the course of the years I was her patient.

Dr. Blackwell is the most knowledgeable, professional, and kind dermatologist whom I’ve ever been treated by: she helped me manage my rosacea better than previous physicians, and both she and her staff were consummate professionals during COVID.

the doctor is very good....no problems with her. It is the office staff that is the problem.....I scheduled an appointment for a rash that was quite painful....telephoned in Feb & they wouldn't see me until the end of April. I telephoned in March to see if they could get me in earlier & the office person said that she could change my appointment to July........HUH??.......so I resigned myself to tough it out until the appointment at the end of April. A few days before the appt I called to confirm, she said that they had cancelled it. I told her that I had never cancelled the original appointment, she said wait a minute & then came back & said OK come on May XX in the morning. I arrived at the office in May & the receptionist said she showed no appointment for me, then went to talk with someone & came back & said "we will get you in today", followed by another office person who asked "can you come back tomorrow?" I said "forget it" and walked out. WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE??

Dr. Blackwell is a delight to work with. I'm not very happy with physicians in general. However, after about five years of seeing her for a variety of skin cancers three and four times a year, I can't recommend her highly enough. Always kind, always respectful, always a professional. Thank you so much Dr. Blackwell!!

Called to make an appointment today to have a spot looked at on my shoulder that I am worried about and was told September 8th was the soonest they could see me. Today is Jun 25th. I understand that Covid has thrown a wrench in many an office schedule, but I've been a patient for more than 10 years and couldn't be worked in any sooner. So much for personal attention.
