I have been a patient of Dr. Sharma for over 10 years. I have seen the quality of care diminish significantly. My medications have no refills, and there are no available appointments until August. I have a surgery scheduled that may need to be postponed as well. When speaking to the office staff, I am given no solutions or assistance in these issues. Although they are quick to tell me this problem is my fault for not making an appointment back in December. Even though there has been a pandemic, and all office visits were cancelled, I still received condescending, unprofessional responses equivalent to "oh, well, too bad." When I contacted Doctor Sharma through Facebook messenger (since this is the only way to bypass his useless office workers), I explained that I was disappointed in the care I was receiving, and I did not think going off my medication for two months or cancelling my surgery showed concern for my health. His response was to send me a certified letter telling me that he could no longer see me for "violating office and appointment policy." Basically, for calling his office out on their lack of concern for my health and their unprofessional behavior, I am violating office policy. Do yourself a favor and find a different physician.

I have gone to his office for almost 10 years. And every time I go to an appointment with him I feel patronized and misunderstood. It got better when I began going to his NP. But she has since left and I will be finding another GP. Do not recommend him whatsoever. Disorganized and unhelpful staff.

I love Dr. Sharma. He takes his time with you and doesn't rush. Usually spot on with his assessment. The girls that work for him are great.......Debbie, Shelley, Megan and Paige. I only have one complaint and that is you can hear everyone in the other rooms. He needs to do something about this problem.
