Everyone is so nice at this office!
All they do is hang up on you.
I love the Moch clinic and pharmacist. They are all really nice, and have a small town vibe. Dr. SherrardTakes plenty of time talking to youAbout whatever you need. She will find you specialist And knows your history very well.
Staff is such a delight! Thankful for them!
Great staff, little slow on service
What kind of company will not allow the parent to accompany their 5 yr old child to their dental appointment? My husband was able to stay with our son during his tooth extraction in Mansfield at the other clinic although he had to get "permission" from the dentist. We will he taking our business elsewhere. They do not care about quality client care.
Had an infected tooth and they were amazing with it. The student took in consideration all my issues and fears and worked with me. Thank you!
Made an appointment here today for what I think is strep that has been lingering for several weeks and now with a constant headache. First off called my Medicare and Anthem BCBS advantage plan and received the go ahead from them both that this clinic is in the provider network. Anthem assured me it would be no problem that i did not have my advantage card as the clinic staff could access the information from the medicare card and verify me as a member and view my benefits. As I have spent much of my nursing career precerting and recerting patients insurance for various levels of medical care, I am familiar with this process and know the technology to do this has been around since the 90s or earlier. I am sad to say in all my 65 years I have never been met with such a nonchalant, uncaring attitude as that I receved at the check in desk from a young woman whose name I won't share. I was told in no uncertain terms the office had no way to check my benefirs without the Advantage card and the number. I said to her that both medicare and anthem informed me she should have the capability and means to verify my benefits using the information from my Medicare card. She flatly refused to do so to the extent she was not even receptive to my request to at least provide me the anthem bcb number that the office used when contacting them. No apology, no " I'll see if someone else can help", not even a "I wish I could help you". Nothing but a blank look. Other patients were able to witness and hear all this as seats are placed a mere few feet from the desk. I felt humiliated and embarrassed. I know some individuals are not suitable to work in a health care setting. It takes patience, and empathy. But even being a decent human being and lending a helping hand was not present during this encounter. I see this young lady as not meeting any standards of integrity. A phone call. Or a phone number. Met the same reception from the supervisor of the clinic when I called to report the event. A rote apology. And "I'll speak with the employee." Imo, This is substandard care, bordering on patient neglect.Missouri Ozarks Community Health should re examine their mission and values statement. Today, they did not provide an ounce of compassion, and no service whatsoever.
They have terrible ability to pick up a phone. Always just “there is nobody available to take your cal”
Moch. Pronounced Mock means not authentic or real. Tease or laugh at in a scornful manner. Doesn't make me confident in their abilities. Called to see if they take my insurance and was told they don't know. I have to call my insurance company.. how nice..

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
