Kara Heppermann Mayes's Online Review Report Card

Good luck to new patients! I tried to call for days to book a new patient appointment and no one ever answered the phone and the answering machine hangs up on you. Then I finally got through to someone who immediately put me on hold and 10 minutes later with no one picking up, I hung up. Tried to call again, no answer. Waited an hour and called again, a lady answered and put me on hold and I said “I was on hold before and nobody picked up the phone” to which she said “you have to stay on hold until someone picks up” LOL I stayed on hold for another 15 mins with no one helping me so I will now be seeking out a new Doctor.

Dr Mayes is a wonderful physician. She is a great diagnostician and is respectful of patient preferences.

Dr. Mayes was my mother's doctor for several years. I had the pleasure of accompanying mom to several appointments. She listened, engaged in conversation and asked questions. She always treated both of us respectfully with kindness and offered a bit of humor and good cheer. She was always quick to return phone calls and offered suggestions and a listening ear even though mom entered into hospice. Thank You Dr. Mayes!

Dr. Mayes is the best primary care doctor I've ever had. No matter what is the issue, she always finds a solution. She is an excellent communicator, and has a wonderful positive manner to offer to his patience. I would go to no one else, and when she's busy, I usually wait until its urgent.

Heard great things, but will likely never know if this is the case, as I observed no regard for patients. Phone lines consistently go to indefinite (15+ minute) holds, making scheduling a new patient visit impossible, as there's no way to do this online. Further, my website forms and voicemails have gone unanswered for over week. I can't imagine anyone would want an inaccessible Healthcare Provider, I certainly wouldn't.

Dr. Mayes is an excellent and caring physician.

I am older and I have a variety of issues from time to time. Dr. Mayes is an outstanding physician. All of her diagnosis are done with precision and accuracy. She takes the time to listen, diagnose and treat a variety of different issues. She is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by.

I've had several practitioners over the years, and Dr. Mayes is the first doctor I've had who is very caring and compassionate. She is both a great listener and even better explainer. I am very satisfied to have Dr. Mayes as my physician.
