This doctor is incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled. Her intelligence and expertise are truly impressive.

Probably would NOT recommend. We have been using Dr. Whitcraft as our primary physician since her associate, whom we had been seeing for over 25 years, retired. When we are able to see the doctor she takes time to answer questions and make referrals if needed. However, whether it is the company that she works for, the specific office personnel, or the Mercy Health Care system, there is a decided disconnect in providing actual care based on our experiences. When we have issues we are advised to go elsewhere. According to what we are told over the telephone the doctor never has time in her schedule to see patients for anything other than annual visits. Whether that is because of dictates from Mercy, the amount our Advantage or Medicare pays, or something else it seems likely the issue is money. As a result we are exploring other options for our primary care.

She is amazing. I never feel rushed, and she always responds to any question I have by email in an amazingly quick turnaround time.

Dr. Whitcraft is the best doctor I have ever had. She listens to me. She runs the necessary tests. I feel like we are on the same team and she is very well educated and of course stays updated on best practices to offer patients the latest and greatest medication to help. (I’m a diabetic and for years just on the same meds - no improvement prior Dr. Never said let’s try something different). My A1C is much lower now that I have a doctor willing to try new medication to see how they work for me. I recommend her to anyone that is looking for a doctor that you can trust. The staff team are friendly. With Covid19, I have been using the tele-visits and really enjoy that I can take advantage of that.

I have had many doctors. I have only had two doctors in my life that I trust. Dr. Schoenwalder (who had to retire due to a stroke) and Dr. Whitcraft. Dr. Whitcraft is attentive, listens, doesn't judge and actually cares about her patients. She is most thorough and has a "real" bedside manner. Not a fake bedside manner.

I have recommended Dr. Whitcraft to family and friends. I am satisfied with her and the practice.

Dr. Whitcraft is an excellent doctor. She is extremely knowledgeable & up to date on new medical treatments. She also, has a great bedside manner & makes you feel comfortable immediately. I recommend her to anyone. She listens to you & lets you be a part of your healthcare decisions. I had been to MANY doctors over the past 8 years after being diagnosed with low acting thyroid disease & an autoimmune disease, with no improvement. With other doctors, I often didn't feel listened to or even respected. I felt I had no say in my healthcare decisions or treatment. I often felt talked at rather than being a part of a conversation. My very first appointment with Dr. Whitcraft she changed my thyroid medication & replaced multiple medications with 1 different antidepressant. Within the first week I noticed I felt better. In only 2 months time, my thyroid levels were normal. It is now 4 months since my first appointment & I feel better than I had for the past 10 years! She has greatly improved my quality of life a tremendous amount! I cannot thank her enough for the quality of care I've received! I am now down from 7 medications to 2 per day & my happiness & health have been restored! Her excellent care has completely changed my life!
