I was very nervous when I went in for my heart bypass. He came up to my room the night before my operation and explained in detail how everything would play out the next day. I was very reassured. He is the kind of doctor you can talk to easily. Great bedside manner. My wife was reassured too. Just as he said everything went great. I even saw him every day in the ICU after my operation. Overall I feel like my heart byass couldn't have gone better. Thank you Albuquerque VA, and thank you Dr. Greco.

He performed a block for my shoulder surgery. I was surprised that I had no pain after my operation. He communicated well and had a wonderful bedside manner.

He convinced my doctor to perform a nerve block for my surgery. I didn't have to go to sleep, there was not surgical pain. And everything went perfect.
