Staff is in need of serious customer service training, especially the medical assistants. Dr is too overworked and unavailable so she delegates to poorly trained MA's; Understaffed situation as with many mercy salaried Dr's at Mercy. In addition, the Dr, when referring a patient to other specialists, had the referrals wrong: eg - referral to back dr, but sent to a shoulder specialist. could not recommend a rheumatologist when asked. Could not change rx to generic when asked, instead recommended I shop at Wal-Mart. These are just some of the examples of red flags.

Dr. Zahedi has been my family physician for many years. She is a breath of fresh air and has guided me on a path that has changed my life. Today I am healthy mentally and physically because of her. My daughter and husband also love her. She is a true family Doctor who cares with the upmost love, compassion, integrity and grace. No matter what my mood I always leave with a smile after seeing this fabulous physician. We hit the jackpot when we found her!
