Jaclyn Nicole Pohlers's Online Review Report Card

Very frustrated. I have an acute illness and was told scheduling for this provider was booked out a few months. I saw the NP at the walk in clinic, was diagnosed, treated and told testing was being done to make sure the appropriate med was prescribed for the infection. “If the med needs to be changed we’ll let you know.” 4 days later, labs returned that showed I was on the wrong medication. When provider’s nurse called, 6 days after the test resulted, it wasn’t to let me know the new appropriate med had been sent to my pharmacy. It was to attempt to incur another office visit and further testing for something that doesn’t even apply to me. Which is even more frustrating on top of the infection that has gone unchecked. All I can think about now is how I overheard someone speaking to a patient when I established care. The patient was being scolded about their frustration and the way they chose to express their frustration. To be fair, I have no idea who that patient was or what the case was but I am certainly starting to understand being frustrated with this provider specifically.

I really like Dr. Pohlers! She is through and really listens. I highly recommend her!

She is very thorough and very caring and attentive. She leaves enough time for me to express my concerns and to ask questions and she really listens. She is not pushy with what she feels is appropriate. She involves my kids and their thoughts as a backup to her concerns for my health and safety. My husband has been very sick. Dr Pohlers has been so helpful in getting him in and getting his medical needs met. She is a very caring, concerned doctor who specializes in making sure her patients are given utmost care.

Dr Polhers is always amazing! She takes the extra time with us. She always makes it a point to get my kids in when they are sick. She is wonderful.

Pohlers literally called Child Services because we had to cancel an appointment for my daughter. I understand mandatory reporting, but canceling an appointment for schedule conflict does not fall under child neglect.
