One of the better urgent care facilities in this area. Do recommend registering online before going into the office. Office staff were great as well as the medical assistant and doctor who saw me.

Kind of a long wait for a walk-in without realizing they have an online check-in. However, the staff were very friendly and nice. I would recommend this location if you check in online first.

The people that work here are amazing. My experience was great. Probably a good idea to check in on line for a shorter time in the waiting room.

When I arrived, an hr and 30 min ago, I was told there would be an hr wait. The front desk lady did NOT tell me that by doing a web sign in, I would be seen faster. Folks that came in after me.. got in BEFORE me. Not once upon me arriving and answering questions, was I told web checkins are first. This is my first time here and will most definitely be my last. All for a simple shot for poison ivy. Don't come here if ya don't wanna wait all day. Total wait time: 3hrs. Actual time seen with dr: under 5 min.

Don’t play someone in an urgent care setting that doesn’t know what they’re doing. I had a laceration that need to be sutured and she had absolutely no clue how to do it. I am a retired ICU nurse and I’ve seen thousands of sutures, removed sutures., Etc. because she didn’t know what she was doing. She asked if she could glue the laceration shot which is completely inappropriate for the size of the wound . It was a waste of my time and out of my boss who had to come with me. We left and went to a local emergency room to finally get the laceration closed.
