PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE! If I could leave zero stars, I would. A number of problems with this office: 1) prescriptions are not called in right away. I had a severe infection and it took him a full 24 hours to call in the prescription. I'm diabetic and could have gone septic very easily. I have never experienced this with any other provider; prescriptions are generally called in right away. Why wait? 2) He doesn't seem to trust his NPs. Regardless of what the NP says, he must always have the final say. I have gone to several mid-level providers who seem to have much more autonomy and trust than his NPs are given. It makes for an uncomfortable visit at times 3) I had surgery back in September (it is now mid-Jan) and was left with an infection, which happens, but how his office has handled everything has been absolutely negligent. They have conveniently forgotten to fax over paperwork for short-term disability several times, leaving me without an income for a month+. Disappointed.

Dr. Carroll was fabulous, but i got an infection in my incision. I called the office to see about getting into them to get an antibiotic as i was going out of state for 9 days. The person I’m the office took all of my information and said she would send it over to the provider. I never received a return call. By this time, my incision was oozing and hurt worse than the actual surgery. I had to get an appt with my primary and my provider had to put me on a very strong antibiotic. This isn’t the first time i have called the office to get answers or an appt and they have just ignored me. Thank goodness for my primary care provider.

Dr. Carroll is the best around! He replaced my left knee, now getting ready to replace the right one. I am doing great, getting my life back. His office is busy because he sees many many patients. Hes worth the wait! Thank you Dr. Carroll! Again, thank you for taking care of me!

My experience was horrible staff is very rude I had 2nd knee surgery to remove wires knee fire red when staples removed I have infection in knee called his office was told what do you want us to do about it ? No antibiotic from them my infection on going think twice before using him or dealing with rude staff as staff all rude

Dr Carroll is the best! He took the time to fully answer all of my concerns. He was honest & straightforward in his diagnosis. I feel he truly cares and can help me. Everyone I had contact with, from my initial call to schedule to checking out were professional, courteous and friendly. I am so thankful to be his patient.

Wasn't a good experience. This Dr. puts information on your health portal from 11 yrs back. Even though it has nothing to do with the health care you receive now, it will and it can haunt you.. You will be judged and treated differently from some of the New Dr.s you see, that don't know you. It will most likely effect the health care you will receive from the time it's put on ur portal and for me, to this very day. Without your consent, I might add.

He is the absolute best ortho surgeon around. We drive over 4 hrs for all our appointments & surgeries.

Dr Carroll is always great about spending as much time as the patient needs for every appointment.

I enjoy seeing Dr. Carroll. Even though I know that the shot I'm going to get in my knee is going to hurt, I know it is going to give me comfort for several months. I trust his judgement and he is easy to talk to. I would recommend him to anyone having bone and joint problems.
