List of Hca Healthcare's Reviews
We had gone to St Luke’s East about 23 nights before and after watching a woman sit in the waiting room for 3 hours while looking like she was dying we walked out. Husband was still sick so the next time we went to Belton Regional. The doctor had met with him and explained his options within the amount of time it took to meet with the stat nurse at St. Luke’s. The whole process was very very well streamlined. They even had stat meet with him and then complete registration. Husband was raised by a nurse and has nursing background… I’m in MH and understand the health process… all of our questions were welcomed and answered.
Betsy was awesome
Please call me. Please forward to HCA security. There may be a issue.
Everyone very friendly and efficient. Procedure began on time I was in my car heading home within 20 minutes. Pleasant experience.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout my visit
As always everyone was very kind and helpful. I wouldnt be here today if it werent for belton regional hospital. I thank all the staff for all these done for me and all the patients of your great hospital.
Early Sunday my mother fell and cracked the top of her head which resulted in a trip to the ER and staples. The nurse was very friendly and helpful and numbed her head indicating the doctor would be in quickly. He advised her that the numbing cream would last about 30 minutes. The doctor finally came in more than an hour and a half later and stapled her head without numbing it again. Needless to say a 30minute numbing cream does not last an hour and a half My mother cried out in pain the first time and the doctor said she was sorry but immediately stapled the second one. When the doctor was told that the numbing cream had been placed more than an hour and a half prior and was said to last only 30 minutes she simply stated I was busy.. Im sure she was but to staple a patients head without numbing cream was unthoughtful and ridiculous. Its nice to see the Belton Research is getting better reviews but not from this patients daughter Very aggravating and unprofessional.
I had an outpatient procedure performed at Belton Regional Medical Center. Staff were well organized methodical caring and friendly. The procedure was completed on time and all expectations were met. Companies are only as good as their people and BRMC has excellent staff that are knowledgeable and professional.
Terrible experience on multiple occasions the most recent being at the start of the pandemic when the ER was a revolving door patience without life threatening wounds were forced out as quickly as they rushed in. My 3yr old son fell backward off a char landing on his head cracking our tile floor. We weren’t given a room medication or a proper evaluation… like a pat down at the stadium in and out within minutes but you better believe they billed us a ridiculous sum for our “emergent visit”. Too bad we didn’t receive the service my nursewife requested. Instead we were discharged with a brush of the hair and “instructions” that my wife already knew and any google search would have offered. I would rather die on my way to another hospital than be treated at Belton Regional Medical Center. Zero stars.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
