Nice people and get you in and out after they do a great hob
My overall outpatient surgical experience at Belton Regional Medical Center was positive in every way. Everyone that I encountered were both polite and friendly and the quality of my care was exemplary. Treat others as you would like to be treated has always been my personal adage and needless to say, this hospital has got the right staff working for them as I almost felt as though I was their only patient.
My 87 year old Mother went here on Friday by ambulance (2 days) ago as she was having back pain and nauseous and felt terrible. They kept her for about 5-6 hours and let her go back to her retirement center. They gave her anti-nauseous medicine and pain medication and sent her on her way. I was at work and and I called them 3 times and gave them my number and nobody ever called me. On Saturday I called another ambulance and they took her to St. Joseph Hospital where she has been diagnosed with pneumonia, sepsis, and a-fib from the pneumonia. I cannot believe that Belton Hospital sent her home and did not find any of this! St. Joseph says she will be there for several days. Do not use this hospital if you are really really sick!
I was so impressed with the way I was treated. Everyone was so professional. The communication was great from the start to finish. This is a team of medical professionals who understand not just how to treat a patient but also how to treat a customer. My overall experience was very positive.

Seen in the ER!! The visit was fast and everyone was fabulous!! Thank you ER team
The ER staff needs to be trained on how to treat the people who walk through their doors. The Belton emergency room is infamous for making their patients feel uncomfortable, unimportant, and unwanted. From giggling and snickering at underage patients for having "awful dental hygiene" to making female patients swab their own cervix in the public restroom, the staff in the ER really give this hospital a bad reputation.People come here for help, not to be mocked or discriminated against. Shame on you, Belton ER.
so I was having side effects from my second covid-19 shot fevers, headaches and I'm 13 weeks pregnant and my fever got up to 100.1 so I went the er and they made sure my baby was okay.
Betsy was awesome!
We had gone to St Luke’s East about 2-3 nights before, and after watching a woman sit in the waiting room for 3 hours while looking like she was dying, we walked out. Husband was still sick; so, the next time we went to Belton Regional. The doctor had met with him and explained his options within the amount of time it took to meet with the stat nurse at St. Luke’s. The whole process was very, very well streamlined. They even had stat meet with him and then complete registration. Husband was raised by a nurse and has nursing background… I’m in MH and understand the health process… all of our questions were welcomed and answered.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
