This dr is amazing. She treated my husband at the end of his life for pulmonary fibrosis. Even though his dr was at KU she communicated with him constantly and when everyone else said he didn’t meet criteria for lung transplant, she desperately tried to get him approved. I was in St Luke's east hospital with a lung toxicity due to the chemo drug I was taking. I had only been there for a few days. Dr Fitzpatrick was one of the pulmonary doctors on staff to see me. She had only been in to see me a couple of times and one day she wakes intoy room leans over the end of the bed and tells me I am not leaving the hospital. I said what are you saying I am going to die and she says yes I am. Well we had our words and she left the room after that she only came into my room for short visits and wouldn't talk to me. It is a year later and I am at home doing very well and glad to be here. This doctor is horrible. I have PTSD because of what she said and how she said it please be careful if you see her get second opinions

Amelia Fitzpatrick. She is smart, always happy, an told me I'd be around for a long time in her opinion.(I have lung trouble) This young lady actually cares about people from what I have seen. This is the gal you need to see if you have any pulmonary troubles. She know her stuff, plus she will set an talk with you about anything you want to know about your condition/sIf I was young an good looking, I'd run off with her, she's a doll that cares. :o)
