They treat there food service employees like Doo the bosses need to be fired for real bad turnover ratio 😈

I've been at Ignite St.Marys for a couple weeks now and just want to say they are outstanding. The help is very courtious. The therapy team is wonderful. Everyone listens to what you have to say and cares so much. They accommodate your needs every quickly. The food is also really good, just wish the portions were bigger. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing therapy.

Do you need physical therapy? This is the place to be! Nirsing care is fabulous and therapy is even better! The food isnt bad either! Give Ignite St.Mary's a try, you wont be dissapointed! They brought back my arm and leg after having stokes. I know they can work a miracle for you too!

Everyone has been fantastic, i had a great stay. Jesse in therapy, and my cna Jannette were wonderful. They went above and beyond for me while i was here. Thank you guys!

My mom has been to several rehab facilities and this is by far her favorite! They are caring compassionate, kind, and dedicated to making their patients feel comfortable. The food is surprisingly good too!

My grandmother stayed at St. Mary’s for a few weeks, the staff was amazing. They were so caring, she was treated like family as soon as she enters the building. The nursing and therapy team were awesome. They kept us informed throughout her stay. If she needs therapy again in the future we know where she will be going!

Everybody here at Ignite St. Mary’s that I have had a connection with has been awesome. The office staff, the nurses, the therapy, and housekeeping have all been amazing! The food was outstanding! I would like to give special thanks to Sophia, Autumn, Brian, Amelia, Janette, and the ENTIRE therapy team! Thank you for getting back on my feet again!!

My mother was in the rehab area for a little over 2 weeks. Her therapy, to recover from a broken hip, was outstanding. Her primary therapists were Ami (from Wyoming), Jody and Portia. She was pleased with their caring nature while still pushing her to do the things that would help her mobility and strength.Her overall care was also very good. Her primary caregivers were Elena, Gwen, Myia, Kayleen, Zamalla and Amelia. Mom did have some periods of long response time when she pushed the help button however we attributed that to low staffing not that the staff was unresponsive……..they were just very busy.I also want to mention Kassie from the administration area. She was quick to respond and also checked in frequently to see if mom was doing ok. In addition, I interacted with Craig and Diamond at the front desk daily. They are an asset to the facility……..pleasant, friendly and efficient with the Co-Vid check in policy (as well as opening that front door for me multiple times a day!)Thank you IMR - St Mary’s for the care you gave my mom!PS - areas for improvement: Phone system, TV and mattress/bed

My sister has been a resident a resident here for a few months now, we have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. It has been a blessing to our family. We never have any worries about anything. They are very good about communicating covid information when needed. Every point of contact has been wonderful to speak with. I would recommend Ignite Sy. Mary’s to anyone needing long term care!

Ive been Ignite St. Marys for about a week now and i have to let everyome know about my CNA, Janette. She is impressive in the way she cares for people its uncommon these days. She works so hard to help the people in her care. She is very organized efficient! She is an asset to this facility. I highly recommend this place!
