Dr Ferguson treated me from when I was first diagnosed in 2016 until I moved out of the area in mid 2019. She always had time for me and my concerns and I never felt rushed or like I was just a number. She definitely made me feel like she truly cared about me, the person. Dr Ferguson and her nurse/assistant Cecily are a class act! I wish I could have moved them out of state with me as the healthcare choices in the smaller area where I now live are less than satisfactory.

It was obvious that she had pre-diagnosed me before entering the room. She did not listen to what I said and was very dismissive of my concerns and my experiences with my own symptoms. Even though I don't have symptoms of sleep apnea, she insisted that I be tested for it. She gave me samples of a medication and then ordered a 90 day supply without waiting to see if the medication worked. She rushed through the appt and didn't even go over the test results from the pulmonary function test she had done. I will not go back to her and would NOT recommend her to anyone! I have been to several good physicians in my life and she is not one of them.

Dr seemed rushed, put my mom on a sample and immediately ordered a 90day supply with Humana before we found out if the medicine change would work. The medicine is very expensive and did not work. Stuck with medicine that did not work. Did not review medicine list. Suggested to use nose drops that was already on the medicine list. They did not have time to enter on computer. We did not leave with a copy of our visit that day. Said they would mail and we never got. Never received any call on the xray done and the last thing they told us is we would receive a call. Had to call in to get xray report and call again for copy of report from visit.
