St. Marys Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

I went there yesterday for my right foot third toe nail was hanging by thread and this ER Doctor did not even clean it at all,he said we probably oughta get an x-ray on it I told him no I didn't think I didn't it was broken you would have thought at least he would have offer to clean underneath the nail and wrap it and send me on my way they did not do anything wrote a prescription for antibiotic and sent me home!😠

The ER is fantastic. The Doctors, Nurses,Lab,Radiology and Respiratory therapy were all prompt and direct in my care.

the ICU crew was given a VERY difficult case. a truck driver, already delirious from lack of oxygen, pulled from a semi and transported to their hospital. several states away from home and no contacts given, he quickly landed in ICU. kudos to the staff for their dedication. after 8 weeks of care (thanks to United insurance for being too obstinate to transfer him to the long term care facility) he had no bed sores despite being heavily sedated the entire time. constant, unending effort went into his care and into giving me updates between visits. these are some of the best nurses and doctors i have ever had the pleasure of working with. i am thankful my brother landed here. im not sure he would have survived anywhere else.

Absolutely terrible hospital. Wife went to ER for pain, took hours to get relief. Admitted to see specialist, then discharged prior to seeing specialist. Given antibiotics frivolously, discharged with no diagnosis and discharge paperwork randomly listed a condition she didn’t have nor was told at any point in time that she had. This hospital is a joke.

I came to that hospital on3/12/22 with chest pain and lightheadedness the Kaleigh was great she went over for me as a Black patient but the Dr that seen me didn't care and wasn't concerned about my problem just iv me and sent me home no meds they have me something now blood is coming from me ears,, chest tighten so I call the er back and both of the ladies I spoke with was rude ass fuck then hung up on me this is unacceptable and at the moment I'm having a lawyer at the same time y'all should treat all your patience black or white Chinese or American white or Caucasian with the same amount addicted to your love like you would do your own family so with the blood running out of my ear you guys better have a damn good lawyer

I had my appendix taken out and the care provided was over the top. I only remember a few of the staff. Sue, Deborah, Jessica and Jager, I know others were involved and I want to thank all of you for taking such great care of me during my stay.

I've been in St. Mary's for 2 multiple day stays, various reasons. The Last time last spring for orbital eye infection but was on side of skull where going into eye. It dispersed after a number of days a few months after by june , July was gone. although very painful and alot of medicine given, i must say the stay was superb. Very nice Nursing Staff snd Drs. . I am disabled and was helped out whenever I needed. No problems whatsoever. Thanks to The Angels ,Goodness ,Love ,and Healing to All that work there and that have been ,and will have to go there. They were Exceptionally Great .

This is the worst hospital/ER in the Midwest. Way worse than Centerpoint. All the Dr's and nurses should be fired along with management.Erase and try again.

The worse most racist hospital I have ever been too my experience today on how I witnessed the way they treated African Americans and Hispanic people compared to the Caucasian people that walked in is just sickening they need to be shut down and investigated

I came to the ER today because i have been throwing up nonstop for the week, i waited for FOUR hours and never got seen. Ever. Tbh don’t go here. It’s a waste of time.
