Mark Jarek's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Jarek for 3 years now for RA and he has been amazing. He has listened to me and helped me to understand what steps I need to take in my care. He is very experienced and can help you understand issues you are dealing with.

Excellent bedside manner. You can tell he really cares. He will do his best to help you but not let you self diagnose.....seen him many times over the years....always consistent in care and compassion. My health is absolutely better under his care

Horrible experience both times I have seen Dr.Jarek! He has absolutely no bedside manners. He does not take the time to listen to you. He makes assumptions without even giving you a chance to tell your symptoms. From reading other reviews I’m not the only one that feels this way. He is very rude and inconsiderate! Freeman should be ashamed to have him as a Physician! I will not be going to back to him and I will not suggest anyone go to Dr.Jarek if you are wanting to be heard!

He has no bedside manners. He is not personal. He does not take the time to listen to you. Every time I’ve been here it has taken over an hour after my apt time for him to see me.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr Jarek and his entire staff. I was so sick for over a year, had seen numerous doctors with no positive results with the exception of Dr Stephen Holmes who referred me to Dr Jarek. By the time I got to Dr Jarek my pain level had skyrocketed to a near 10. My ability to function was at 1 out of 10. I was inflamed, in pain 24/7, and could not sleep. It was miserable laying down, sitting up, and walking was nearly impossible. My visits with the Dr have been near miraculous.. I'm being earnest. The doctor has taken time with me at each visit, and thoroughly explained any and all procedures and treatments. He listens and I believe he gets it. Dr Jarek's entire staff are the best I have encountered (with a special shout out to nurse Billie...she is amazing). I don't feel angst at my visits. I genuinely feel like I'm around family who care. Yes, I have RA...but I have my life back and am fully functioning thanks to doctor & staff.

Wasn’t impressed. Not much in way of bed side manners. He basically said nothing was wrong with me but that I just had Roseacea. His nurse called me back to say labs looked great no issues. So I then asked how long I would need to be on the medication he put me on and she said for life because I have an auto immune disease. Ok wait he said he suspects nothing’s wrong and you are saying nothing showing in labs but to take hydrochlorquine for the rest of my life? Wasn’t impressed. All nursing staff was very kind even tho they were not on the same lines as dr.

Where to start! If you want to feel like a child and be repremanded for trying to find answers, he's the Dr.for you. He belittles you and makes you feel like your insignificant.

My hematologist said my white count has been high since 2012 due to inflammation caused by psoriatic arthritis and to get my white count into normal range I need to control the inflammation so I call Dr. Jarek to schedule an appointment and I'm told to call back when I'm experiencing pain redness and swelling. Not to mention he is very short and rude during initial appointment.

Dr Jarek is very thorough, kind and considerate. He’s amazing at his job and I’ve been with him 14 years and continue to! Amazing nurses

Heard he was one of the best, first appointment was awesome, but very bad after that never listen. Actually not sure he wants you as a patient well I don’t need him as a Doctor.
