People struggling with CMH: I was told by EVERY other office around that it would take 4-6 months to get a new patient appointment. I called Mercy, and within 4 minutes on the phone I was given an appointment for next week. No "processing time", no "new patient paperwork in the snail mail", none of that. Mercy is clearly the superior provider in the area.

Called Primary are for a Medication Issue. It was handled in a prompt manner. The Medical aid was polite, and professional. I am a 100% Vet. Hard to please. Mercy both in Bolivar and Springfield have treated me very well. My care has been above my Standards. Thank you.

They should be prohibited from using the word urgent regarding their "urgent care clinic". At best, it's indifferent care.
