Osamede Edokpolo's Online Review Report Card

Very unprofessional and lacks any form of compassion, period!!! He makes you feel as if you are on trial! He wanted me to prove to him my diagnosis which if he would have bothered to read my previous medical records from this exact clinic and the notes prior physicians had wrote I feel as if it would have been self evident. I will never go back there or recommend anyone ever voluntarily become a patient of his!!😔😔😔

-5000. He refused to listen to me hen I said ssri’s made me suicidal. And when I told him I had been assaulted sexually in the past he told me he did not believe me. I pressed him as to why and he would just respond “why does it matter if I believe you or not?”

Listened to my every concern and he helped me to follow through with self help goals. I will miss him a lot and with new found courage wish him "Best of Luck" in his new practice! So glad he is staying in this great state of Missouri as well!!!!

So upset with this Dr. Very disappointed.. Did not care or even want to listen to me, my hr long visit was about 45..I felt as if what I had to say wasnt important to him, and he judged me for being a addict.. I've been clean for yrs and he acted as if I was there to seek out drugs.. I was not treated the way I felt I should have.. 1 to 10 10 being best this was awful and I am sorry I ever even trusted this doctor to my worst and deepest parts of my life.. I'm a addict in recovery, I havent been treated like I was today in yrs.. I researched this guy and I found him to be a huge disappointment..

He doesnt like just treating the symptom, but getting to the cause of the problem. Hes always listened to me and my concerns

I have seen Dr. E for 6.5 years now. He has literally saved my life, on more than one occasion. He always takes a sufficient or extended amount of time during our sessions to listen to me, and gives me ideas for things to try. I'm very sad he is leaving.

Hated my visit w him.. did not like the way he treated me.. waste of my time and my money shouldve known he wasnt an American..

Dr. Edokpolo excels in treating mood disorders. I have found him to be an excellent dr. I have been seeing him for over 5 years and plan on continuing to see him. He is a good listener. he does has an accent that has caused misunderstanding on my part but I have trouble with many accents. He is assessable in a crisis and I appreciate all he has done for me

Dr. Edokpolo is a great doctor! He is thorough, asks plenty of questions and seems to genuinely have your best interest at heart. So happy to have found a great doctor here in Springfield.

This man doesn't care about you, or helping you get better. You're a name on a sheet to check off the list throughout his day. Was released from their care, and not given a reason as to why.. like a knat being flicked off the shoulder, completely leaving me high and dry. Going to him has been the absolute worst medical care experience of my life by far. If you're looking for help, go elsewhere, believe me you are better off going anywhere else that's available to you.
