My Brother was taken to this Hospital by ambulance, he was raving about the care he received, in his own words, I have never been treated so promptly with compassion and loving care, after attending to his mis placed hip they allowed him to sleep for several hours before releasing him. He stated he finally found a medical team and in the future all his medical will be there and he will be moving there as soon as possible to be close to the Hospital and Doctors...He has suffered with 6 hip mis-placements and four operations to replace them so you can see why. Also the other hospital did not give him any sedation to pop the thing back in leaving him to suffer with horrible pain and the memory of it 5 times before. The doctors at CMH sedated him!!!!! a big difference from the brutal care he previously received in Clinton.

Moved here from St Louis, known for top hospitals, and have been extremely pleased with the level of care at CMH in Bolivar..small town!!I am impressed with every aspect of this hospital and Doctors building across street. I have had 3 operations there and have seen doctors from CMH and have high regards for them. By the way..it is INCREDIBLE not to have to wait in line all day with tons of people running around and being able to navigate where things are...well, it is WONDERFUL.

Citizens Memorial Hospital delivered outstanding service throughout the entire emergency room process. Everyone with whom we came in contact was professional, friendly, and happy to be at work. ALL OF THEM! The ER admissions clerk was smiling with mouth, voice, eyes and actions. Her goal was to provide a positive patient experience while collecting the somewhat tedious demographic info the facility needs. I wish I could remember her name: A+. Steve the travelling nurse. Patient focused, kind spirited and compassionate. Very busy but not rushed. Genuinely cares about his patients. A+. Brianna, the Ultrasound tech kind, gentle, caring encouraging, professional and friendly. A+. The doctor kind, down to earth, efficient, friendly. A+.Absolutely recommend CMH.

Love our food, employees, it's a great place to work

Our daughter fell and broke her arm and was treated here in the ED. We live 45 minutes away from the hospital and had her seen, arm set, casted, and her back in her own bed within 5 hours. From the EMS crew who came to our house, to registration, radiology, nursing staff, and the various doctors and PA involved with her care-everyone was great! Our family could not have asked for a better group of individuals to take care of our child.

From long-term care, family physician and lab, to radiology, ambulance and the ER--we've used all of these CMH services over the last few days with a family member. We've received outstanding and personalized care by a very caring and compassionate team. Excellent!

I would say Dr. Guhl is the best doctor in the world. Dr. Guhl and her team deliver my baby at 5 am. They were fast and very kind and let us know what was happeing the whole time. We will for sure have any future kids with her.

I have never been disappointed in the care we’ve received at CMH. It’s always been wonderful... friendly, timely, accurate, caring and beneficial. We have the upmost confidence in the doctors, nurses, radiologists, physical therapists and staff. Bolivar is definitely blessed to have such a great hospital!
