Been in the waiting room for over 5 hours, as of that have a patient that is bleed. Said they are busy come on know u have someone bleeding and haven them wait while the receptionist just chats.

They Will take advantage of you in your moment of need. CT scan of abdomen should cost $675- $1700 in the entire state of Missouri. (see below) CMH billed me $5508.83. They expect individuals to pay the same as they bill the big insurance companies, BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANIES DON'T PAY THE SAME AMOUNT THAT THEY ARE BILLED. THEY ONLY PAY A FRACTION OR A CONTRACTED RATE OF LESS THAN $1000. KAYLEIGH their supervisor is the person in charge of these deceptive, absurd charges. Their new CEO Michael Calhoun should be ashamed of this practice in this small town. BEWARE!The bean counter decides that the absurd charge is appropite. Wow! The guy responsible for maximizing profits decided to charge as much as he can.CMH CANNOT BE TRUSTED WITH YOUR HEALTHThey are only COMMITTED TO CHARGING AS MUCH AS THEY POSSIBLY CAN. YOUR HEALTH MEANS NOTHING.

This place is super impressive I brought my sister here for an out patient procedure. Everyone here has gone above and beyond!! We all know what they say about hospital food, not here it’s amazing!! Friendly atmosphere I have seen in years!! The doctor came to the cafeteria to give me an update, even photos and prescription to get filled while she is in recovery!! Next time I need anything forget Kansas City I’m coming here!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love CMH network! My husband is a long time patient there with several doctors. His doctor is now my doctor. Over the course of the year every doctor, nurse and care staff has been nothing but friendly, caring and professional. I ended up in the ER yesterday with a few issues. One of them possibly having a minor heart attack the day before. They immediately brought me back. It was 2 hours of attention! Everything they needed to do to confirm if I had or hadn’t had a heart attack. Dr. Nix sat with me and took his time with a consultation and go over everything with me. He saw me again at time of discharge. Thankfully, I didn’t have a heart attack. I don’t have a single complaint. I live in Nixa and they are very much worth the drive! I have zero faith with the medical community in Springfield. CMH has bright that back for me. They’re the care a patient should receive.

The staff are competent and friendly, let's get that right. The hospital billing policies and their prices are ridiculous. Keep an eye on billing, they like to charge for service not rendered.

We've been sitting here with our 3 year old son who swallowed a magnet for almost 5 hours... 1 person has been called back in that time and police brought 2 people in that were immediately taken back.. it is now after 10pm and there's no indication that we'll be called back anytime soon. This is just awful.. I wouldn't reccomend stopping here.. If I would you I'd travel farther to a better hospital.
