Federal employee with blue cross federal. Moved here in 2014 and needed a primary care physician. Found him thru Web research and the first visit was great....the next several visits I could not get in to see him. Given the choice of nurse practioners. I was good with that...they were great! However...two weeks ago I needed my husband to get to a physician. I called and explained to his office that I was a patient there and needed to get my husband in as a new patient. No new Patients! Seriously

I attempted to set up an appiontment to see dr. donnell but I was refused.Apperently, because I have had several medical problems in the past three years,including stage three cancer of the neck and throat my case was too complex. I thought he was a doctor...........
