Excellent care given to my 88 yr old grandmother with a broken hip. Overnight staff on May 23-24 absolutely wonderful.

The nurse working on 04/30/2023 at 3am is very rude and doesn’t care about any concerns at all. Kept interrupting patients. She was just sitting around doing nothing and chit-chatting. This was the worst ER visit I’ve ever had. I will NEVER come back here. It’s ridiculous how little these people care.

Just wanted to add that my fever was pushing 106. And made sure my husband took me to Farmington! I will still never be back to your horror show! Visited this ER last night for the second time and I must say, what an awful experience at first! When I went in and they get me to a room right away and the nurse says “we need to get this off” and proceeds to strip my shirt off of me. I was disoriented but I know there was at least one other person in the room too. Never in my entire life has any nurse not been more private about such a thing. It was rude, unprofessional and humiliating. The nurse who took her place was wonderful and the rest of the staff was also friendly. I will literally die on my way to the next hospital if need be before I ever return here! Should have known not to go back because the first time I visited they told me I had a muscle spasm, I a short time later had to get a 2nd opinion and come to find out I needed major back surgery!

Over an hour wait in the waiting room with our covid positive patient, very sick, needing fluids. Lady even came in with chest pains. They told her to sit down. No urgency. Staff walking around doing absolutely nothing.

I would give the Bonne Terre hospital zero stars if I could!!! Every time I have an emergency it is more than an hour's wait!!! Sitting in the waiting room to get told to leave because they have patients they can't control in their packed waiting rooms!!!!! Very Unsatisfied every time!!! Sad we can't rely on a local hospital.

My daughter had a ear infection they got us in and out without poking and prodding her. The lady doctor was very sweet.

Recently had to use this emergency department for my daughter. Who had a pretty traumatic fall and needed stitches. The whole team did awesome with her, made her feel comfortable and took excellent care of her wound. Thank you all so much for turning a traumatic event into a less stressful moment for my daughter and myself ❤️

My husband was experiencing low abdominal pain and we came into ER. The receptionist was very kind and honest about not giving us false hope on how soon he would be seen. The nurses were very efficient on doing their job of mega questions. We were actually taken to a hospital type room before all the others waiting. He was set up for IV and pain meds as soon as Doc authorized. There were at least 3 Ambulances came while we were here. This indeed is a very busy place. Blood work, CT Scan and diagnosis. Next step ambulance ride to St. Louis Barnes. We have now been here 6 hours. He was made as comfortable as was possible for what was going on inside him. No one ever wants to come to the ER. We made a good choice today and are Thankful for the kind compassionate staff. The very shorthanded staff should be commended

I’m giving one star… for the nurse and doctor who were amazing! BUT, THE ULTRASOUND TECHNICIAN Was horrible and I mean horrible! She was rude and deceitful. I won’t ever go back if I need an ultrasound!

Spent my Saturday afternoon with theses folks after cutting my finger open. It was probably the most seamless visit I have ever had at a medical facility. Check in was quick and I was promptly seen by a nurse. Once I was in treatment area I was attended to quickly as well. I had to soak my hand for 45 mins and was checked in on frequently by more than a few staff members. Dr.Bradly decided stitches were needed and she went to work. She did an amazing job and made me comfortable throughout the process. When we were all done another nurse came is a described what I needed to do going forward and helped me get discharged.
