My caseworker is great. She has been so helpful to me over these last years. My psychiatrist she listens to my concerns or what I’m going through. And she talks to me like I’m just normal human being. They are very kind people non judgmental. They make sure to include and involve me in services that I should be or may need to be apart of. This group of people have been the best group of people That has worked me since I been seen at 13 years old.

Very disappointed in my sons case manager once again. My son has schizophrenia, anxiety and Bi-polar when he tried to make an appointment he was told if he was just seeking drugs they wouldn't see him. Why do you think he was making an appointment? He needs his medication! I will seek assistance elsewhere for my son. Somewhere that he will not be made to feel like a criminal for seeking much needed help. Shame on you BBH for making this harder than it all ready is.

Apparently if your case worker stops talking to you even though you have tried to get ahold of them and ask the main office why they stopped it's your fault because you didn't do enough to solve the "problem" between you two. What was I supposed to do find my worker on Facebook? Thanks for affirming that I'm just a nuisance and that everything is my fault Burrell.
