Cole Scherder's Online Review Report Card

My father’s primary doctor is Doctor Cole Scherder. My father is an elderly man, and for months has been in thriving pain and has not been taken seriously. He was told days ago to give the doctors a stool sample after months of being unable to determine a proper diagnosis for his pain and agony. After my father gave them the stool sample, he received a text stating the stool sample was invalid. When my father called the doctors office they said they had no file of his samples available. My father then went into the doctor in person to discuss this issue further, and received an apology from the doctors and staff stating that the sample tubes they gave him were wrong and he would have to send another sample. One of the issues my father has been experiencing is constipation. When my father reminded the doctor of this and informed him he was unable to provide another stool sample that day, due to his condition, he was then told he would have to wait and come another day when he was able to defecate. This has been months of an issue that could become more severe if it is not handled, when he has already been going months with being in pain, not being able to eat, not being able to sleep, etc.I would normally never give a review like this, but I am genuinely concerned for my father’s life and wellbeing so I can no longer stay silent. I have never experienced any doctor being so negligent of a patients care. Please do better for God’s sake and help my father.
