I've tried several times to contact office to get a refill, you can't get through at all the phone line sounds terrible you can't hear prompts at all. When I pushed to leave message with Dr nurse along with detailed message with phone number no one has returned my call.

Been with Dr. Ballard since she moved to Branson West in 2014. She is great. Listens, spends the time needed, remembers your past conditions, and is smart and knowledgeable. Because she is so popular, it is difficult to get an appointment. How can anyone criticize her for that? She is not your typical doctor with an attitude. She is not condescending and is very active in her community volunteering her time at the free clinic.

Dr. Ballard has been our (wife and I) family physician since 2014. I have had some good doctors in my 67 years of life but she is consistently THE BEST. She cares about us, remembers our past issues, takes time to listen, is smart and competent. Dr. Ballard is excellent. One of the few docs I have had that actually listens. Though she is in a very short staffed clinic and it is nearly impossible to get an appointment, she is worth the wait.

I have been with Dr B since she moved to Arnold. I think she is amazing and the whole office seems to work well together. She listens, she investigates, she is thorough, she is smart! What more can you ask for? Oh as an added bonus, she has a sense of humor!

I only had One Visit with Dr Ballard @ St Peters Urgent Care. I personally Think She's The Best Doctor I have ever delt with. I am in St. Charles and She Has now moved to Arnold, and Is Not accepting new Patients. Not Good For me.HELP!

Dr. Ballard is one of the best. She is caring, takes time to get to know you as a person and not just a patient. I have gone to Dr. Ballard for a number of years and have had nothing but good experiences with her in her care and diagnoses. I would recommend her to anyone.
