Brian D Dieterle's Online Review Report Card

Very very disappointed with the nurse that works there! My parents were discriminated against. They were met at the door and were spoken to like absolute trash! The nurse made accusations of potentially having a sickness that my Dad did not have! Standing outside the building! The nurse demanded that because he was weak and could hardly walk that we take him to the ER. She said he needed to see a Dr but that is why we took him to his Drs appointment! But apparently the nurse decides who is allowed to be seen and not the Dr. After that they refused to see my mom for her appointment. They locked the door before her appointment so that she couldn’t not even go in the building! It’s very concerning that a Dr.s office would allow such behavior. (After all of this unfolded we did in fact take my dad to the ER and the hospital Dr asked why we didn’t take him to just see his Dr?! Well I explained that his nurse refused to allow my dad to even go to his appointment!) Very sad that this type of environment exists! That nurse should loose her job for being so mean and hateful and assuming medical conditions of which she clearly has no medical knowledge of!

Dr. Dieterle is an extremely intelligent, caring doctor who truly cares about his patients. He thinks “out of the box” and believes in holistic products as well as prescription. He listens to all his patients concerns and I recommend him to everyone. He has been our doctor for over 15 years. He has a friendly staff. His nurse Donna is the best. I would give five stars to Dr Dieterle and Donna. Adriana

He really listens to me and diligently looks for answers. We work together to find a great care plan ! He really cares.

A functional medicine doctor at heart and practice. Dr. Dieterle has been our go-to for the past 32 years. No other doctor I have seen holds a candle to his general and specific needs. Trained as a pharmacist, moved into medicine as an MD, now a naturalist. He'll provide prescription medication accordingly, if necessary. He is the doctor doctor's ask for help.

We have been patients of Dr Dieterle for 7 years and are very happy with his care. We have recommended him to all of our friends.

Dr Dieterle is a great doc. He listens & allows as much time as necessary to provide the best health care His staff is friendly & professional. All of my appointments have been very positive.

Dr dieterle is an excellent knowledgeable professional and very caring. And so is his staff.

My mother was seeing dr dieterle for a while a couple days after her last check up I received a call from a hospice nurse stating that dr dieterle referred my mother to them she did not need hospice he had got her mixed up with another patient he is in his middle seventies and obviously is getting senile if will get her mixed up and dr I that what else is he CV confused on I c as lled office and them about it all they said was that they would no longer see my mom all because I confronted them about it so beware of this not trying to be mean but maybe it's time to retire

I've known Doctor D since he came to Branson. He's the best family physician you will ever find, and I consider him a best friend. He can never retire!
