I thought for sure I would need a knee replacement but after 10 sessions with Hannah Bishop I am practically back to normal and doing all my activities. Range of motion and flexibility are greatly improved.

The great news is that following 7 weeks of PT at Athletico in Brentwood my partially new knee is almost back to normal. Emily and crew pushed me through the discomfort to a significantly better place. I can do things I have not done in over a year. Not everything but most. Very happy with the results to date. I started physical therapy at Athletico after having shoulder surgery. Taylor was amazing at helping me regain my strength and full range of motion again! Everyone at Athletico is helpful, patient, supportive, and super friendly. I highly recommend visiting!

Emily T. helped me identify the underlying issues resulting in knee pain that was keeping me from running and got me to the point where I could take home a manageable rehab/prehab plan - she made sure she was available if I had any questions or concerns at every step of the process and was kind enough to indulge my questions about the different muscles and structures involved. I highly recommend working with her and with the Athletico team in general!
