The best ob I love her

Dr. Laue is GREAT!!! Very Patient and she seems to care about her patients! It's hard finding a doctor who will actually listen and address any concerns you may have. I would have given 5 stars but CHRIS who answers the nursing line needs another job!!! She's always snobby and never in the mood! I recently made an apt . and she scheduled me with a nurse and I clearly stated I wanted to see Dr. Laue. I suggest anyone calling to speak with someone who has better customer service skills.

Dr. Laue has been caring for over a decade. She listens, she makes time for you, she exhausts all options and she cares about your well-being. I’ve referred several women to her.

Dr Laue has been amazing helping me get through 2 surgeries, and is very professional.

I scheduled an appointment here with the nurse practitioner for hemroids my first issue was the office did not tell me they don't handle hemroids. If they did I would of went to a doctor that could assist me. Secondly when I came to my appointment Kelly Sontag was not helpful at all I had already told her about my condition of bacteria various and everything I have tried. She looked in a scope and said I don't have bv. She then sends it to the lab without my permission and it comes back I do have bv which I already knew and already had treatment for. Not only did she test for bv she tested 7 others things that I did not give her permission for. I am highly upset with this poor lack of communication and business. I received a bill from the lab for $ 140.38 that I am responsible when I did not ask for it in the first place. I called the office to dispute it the office manager was suppose to call me back 3 times since Nov and I still haven't received a call. It's frustrating to not be able to get assistance when they caused the problem. I paid the office visit of $90.00 for nothing because she didn't do anything. I explained to the office manager they should eat the bill and she said they may can give me a 10% discount. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend this office to ANYONE. I received a call today from Dr. Laue and she was very rude inconsiderate and talked to me very condescending. She talked bad about a previous doctor I saw and all she wanted to do was throw her accomplishments at me. Her attitude is terrible and this whole doctors office cares nothing about the patient. This was the worse experience ever. This office makes you lose faith in the practice of medicine. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I am speaking for my daughter. If you are pregnant ask about how do maternity leave forms work with this Dr.Ask in detail will she fill out maternity leave forms at your request like a month before due date. If that is a must for you to be on maternity leave before due date at least 2 weeks. Then my advice would be go to another Dr.you work until your due date with her.Also with this Dr. you have to go through prompts on phone to be screened first instead of a real person.

Dr. Laue is great!

She was concerned about my health when she was with me, not getting me in and out. She was very clear explaining what I needed to know. I felt very comfortable with her.
