This cardiologist/surgeon placed my ICD. He was so kind and compassionate from the first day I met him until the end of the procedure. When I arrived he knew I was already shaking and nervous and he said don't worry my anesthesiologist is here and you won't be awake for this. I was so Blessed and Grateful. I was referred to him to do my surgery from my Cardiologist. He had the whole surgery done in four hours and I was home the same day resting. Nine months later and I haven't had any issues.

I was rushed out the door without reading of ultrasound he interrupted. Told me no pacemaker,, can have surgery, and not to see him for a year. And then walked away. Last week he told I had an "event" I tried to call but get endless recorder. Very frustrating and non-professional.

It is a rarity to find a Doctor who is humble, kind, compassionate and caring these days and he is indeed all of these !!!!! I'm blessed to have a doctor of such caliper. I highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of kind of a Doctor. Thank you Dee Klem

I have been going to Dr. Kalvaitis for several years, any time I have had a problem he has addressed it immediately. A little over a year ago I collapsed and was taken by ambulance to the hospital and he was there to insert a pace maker for me. My follow up visits have been treated very well. I certainly would recommend him to anyone needing heart care.
