Dr. Shamim was thorough and really took my concerns seriously and helped me understand the diagnosis and treatment. He took his time to help me understand the results of my echocardiogram and really listened and answered all my questions patiently and thoroughly. Having a heart problem you need to see a cardiologist for is very stressful and scary, but Dr. Shamim made me feel respected and taken seriously and i felt i was got the best diagnostics and treatment plan available for my problem. Highly recommend him.

I was in to take my port out! He assisted Dr. Dieker. Professional kind and thorough! Thank you Dr Shamim for saving my life for Cardiac Catheterization. It was scary but your promise to see me though made me feel I was in good hands!

Dr ShamimIs an amazing cardiologist, he has completely transformed my outlook in life, Since being under his care, I have received a life challenge, I can honestly say that he made a believer out of me. I no longer inject two types of insulin , my blood sugar levels used to be 265 +, for the past 6 weeks I average 135 daily. I have drop 40 pounds, Like the doctor asked "what can I do for you", he has delivered. Thank you Doctor Shariq Shamim MD, FACC. From the bottom of my "heart" Literally I owe you my LIFE. I am US Navy Persian Gulf Veteran sent here by the TRIWEST/VA community care I am totally pleased with the professionalism and attention detail by his staff, once again thank you Doc Shamim.Highly recommended Cardio Facility.

Dr. Shamim is the greatest. With Dr. Shamim you no longer need a heart bypass. He went in and unclogged my husband's arterie which was 100%. He gave us hope , where we had been told he couldn't have the bypass. He has a Beautiful personality and explains everything so you can understand. His care and concern for his patients is the very best. I highly recommend Dr.Shamim.

Very thorough. Explains complex anatomy & physiology of your condition such that it makes sense! Uses visuals from computer sites and models of heart to explain how things work, how you ended up in his office in the 1st place & how you can help yourself be the healthiest person possible while living with your condition.

Dr. Shamim explains conditions fully in terms that a layman can understand, both when he initiates the discussion and when I ask questions. His knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their interactions with each other is outstanding. Also, he knows his limitations and does not hazard guesses about non-heart related problems. I have been seeing Dr. Shamim for about 6 months. At the beginning, his office seemed chaotic, but that has improved dramatically. Now, the staff is organized, competent and pleasant. Would I recommend Dr. Shamim to someone? Absolutely
