The staff at CFM are top notch. My personal doctor, Dr. Justin Puckett is caring, compassionate and always gives me the time to address my concerns. I will always appreciate his time and attention he always gives me. You rock, Dr. Puckett.

I can't speak for some on here, but Gail is an EXCELLENT nurse practitioner, and anyone who says something to the contrary must not know her!!! I am glad that Brookfield has such professional and caring medical staff!!! Keep up the great work Gail!!

today when I was taking my fiance to an appointment at the Lancaster Rural Health Clinic, the transmission went out in our car. when I called and canceled, I told the receptionist Teresa the reason why, and she came and picked us up and brought us home so we didn't have to walk in the cold. She went out of her way and we greatly appreciate it

I tested positive on 1-25 for COVID. I work at a job with high contact to other people. And my employer requires my test results in writing to prevent someone from just saying "I have COVID" and they don't and causing turmoil in the system for nothing. But I can't get the forms sent to me or my boss because neither of us has a fax machine. And they can't email it because the lady from Advanced Medical Express Clinic is working from home and quote "I can't use my personal cellphone for work" to scan the documents. She asked me. "Can you get to a fax machine"? I said "no I'm in quarantine for 10 days". She said "after you're out can you"? I said "yes but that will be to late". She asked is there anyone else that can get one. I said yes if they were not in quarantine with me. She said call tomorrow with email address we will be back in the office. I said I would. Meanwhile every person I've had contact with threw work could unknowingly be spreading COVID. And apparently this lady could care less because she will not scan the documents I need to protect the public. Update: it's tomorrow I called she's still at home same results. "Call tomorrow with email I can then send it from the office" I told her that was the line yesterday. Maybe I can get it from the health department. Although they were supost to send me something yesterday but I haven't received it.

This is by far the worst medical place in all of Missouri, their nurses need to get a grip and check themselves very rude when talking to my son. Very bad bedside manner, its too bad we were hoping to establish with doctor Mike.

CFM and Kirksville pharmacy has been great to work with. Andrew is knowledgeable about insurance, Dr. Collins and staff are caring and thorough. I recently was in with horrific pain in my side. At first, he thought it was a kidney stone. I ended up in the ER at University. CT showed no stone. I continued care with Dr. Collins and thank God, I did. He treated me for internal shingles which is rare. I’m so thankful he was aggressive or matters could have become dangerous. There is not a long wait to get an appointment or be seen at the time you are scheduled. No judgement is placed upon what your needs are from payments to medical issues. The pharmacy is efficient and helpful to find best prices and get scripts quickly. I highly recommend CFM. They care and are not just in it for the money. I’ve also used Cares center a few times and same type of business ran there too. Thank you CFM! So refreshing to find excellent care right in Kirksville.
