Excellent care and expertise. A great listener and explains in detail. I would use him again for any orthopedic problems.

When I came to this "specialist" he said I had a torn meniscus and ligament tears. I was able to walk at the time prior to surgery but was in pain. After surgery he said he fixed the meniscus and there were no ligament tears after all. He would not see me again after and used his nurses as representatives until I demanded to see him again. I told him my knee was worse than before he operated and his only comment was " it was not because of anything he did"! He issued a year supply of Voltaren gel prescriptions and that was that! Now I have a huge cyst on the outer knee, am in constant pain, and afraid to go to ANY orthopedic specialist in the Liberty, Missouri area because they are only in it for the $money$. I tried another and he sent me to a nerve specialist and apparently could not see the cyst that is visible to the naked eye! Are there no caring doctors in this area!?

Was not informed 3 weeks before my surgery that this Dr was not doing my surgery at St Marys in Blue Springs and was doing it in North Kansas City. I had to find out for myself when I called about something else. For a person that can hardly get in my car let alone go to North KC for numerous trips this was an IMPOSSIBILITY. I am highly disappointed in him or his staff. Now I can continue to suffer and wait on a different surgeon

Dr Dave performed knee replacement surgery on my 75 year old knee. Dr Dave is the most professional, knowledgeable, caring, Doctor anyone could ever be privileged to have as a surgeon. He makes you feel like Family.

Dr Dugan is a very skillful and kind Dr. He really takes care of all your needs and is more than happy to answer any questions you have. I am so blessed to have him as my Dr. I would highly recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Dugan was very personable, through, and answered all my questions. My procedure and recovery has gone very smoothly. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Dugan performed surgery on my right hip. He explained what procedure he was going to perform snd explained what I should expect after surgery. I was very pleased with Dr. Dugan. He explained how the surgery went and what I can expect with regards to heeling, recovery time and reduced pain. I would recommend Dr. Dugan to anyone contemplating problems or surgery to lower joints or pain management.

Actually one star is way too many. Not honest, hurries thru appointments, he did surgery on my right hand, 4 days out no follow up calls absolutely nothing. Not even sure I have a follow up appointment. Very poor office people. Very uncaring, this is nothing but running cattle thru a chute.

I really like Dr. Dugan he is great at explaining to me about what my knee is looking like .

Fist time I saw him I knew I had a great doctor. I had surgery with one of the best teams I have encountered.
