Some of the staff that answer the main phones are so rude. Also, the billing department has issues. Nobody is on the same page and if you want financial assistance, you get a poorly printed, barely readable application that asks redundant and very personal questions. And you aren’t likely to get any assistance unless you make no money at all. Even regardless of struggles and situations that make it impossible to make $100 a monthly payments. On top of that, I was charged an emergency room fee when my doctor sent an order for iv fluids there. Would not recommend unless necessary.

I ended up going into labor early and everyone on the maternity ward was amazing. Dr. Hicks was great and so were all my nurses. I couldn't have had a better birth experience. They were extra supportive and helped ease my anxiety and fears.

Went there because I fell at work and landed on my rib cage. Vineyard was the Dr and she is terrible. They took X-rays of my ribs and said I possibly had a fractured rib. If you took X-rays then they should have known for sure if it was fractured. Never said anything else and sent me home. Nothing was given for pain and I’m still in a lot of pain. I DO NOT recommend this hospital to anyone. Take the time and go to A different hospital. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

RUN from this place. If you have to go here plan on being charged for stuff they didn't do as well. Horrible place

The staff (ER) are all super mean and aggressive. They are not kind at all. I stood there tearing up because they were being so rude when I asked a simple question. I will not be visiting this hospital and if you don’t want to be treated like a maggot, don’t go there.

My mom went there after she had a seizure and they discharged her after two hours. When I was shocked and angry that they discharged her, they acted like I was some kind of Karen complaining about onions on my salad, instead of being worried about my mom dying. Honestly, it was only one person who answered the phone that was indignant and rude and coming up with every excuse she could think of… everyone else was very nice and compassionate. But cody brought the whole score down.

I can't tell you enough how amazing Dr. Phan is. I have been dealing with stomach pain for a few years now, he did test that other doctors wouldn't even consider because of my age, and there is no way I could have issues with my gallbladder. Dr. Phan took his time, ordered the apporiate testing, and made a plan to take my gallbladder out! I had surgery 4 months ago, and I have never felt better! He will literally, do anything in his power to help you! I am so thankful for him!! I high recommend him!! I appreciate you, Dr. Phan! Thank you!
