First of all before I go off onto my rant let me say Dr. Davuluri is a WONDERFUL doctor!! And this review is more about his front of house staff. I received a phone call today from a number I was not familiar with so did not answer it directly until I reverse number searched and found out it was Mosaic calling. I Then returned the call and was connected to a Kristen, this girl, woman, whatever was so very rude to me today. She swore I had missed an appointment and as I told her I had my next appointment in my schedule for the 20th. Without using the word “liar” she insinuated that I didn’t make an appointment for the 20th, and that I was wrong and of course she was right. Mind you they have reset this appointment 3 times now.... anyway she was EXTREMELY rude to me, made me feel as if I didn’t matter to their business at all. I get that people have bad days, but when you are in a customer service type of position you have to think before you speak or at least be conscious of how you are saying it. Finally her response was. Well his next appointment is in May, or you can just call once in a while to see if we have a cancellation. Never once asking if I wAnted that appt in May or how I am feeling at this time...he is a GREAT doctor and told me if I have more trouble to call! I think she should not be aloud to answer phones or at least be taught proper phone eticate. And No, I am not feeling well at all, Thanks for the non concern. Sincerely Rhonda Ellsworth

No bedside manner, verbally abusing patient calling her “disabled”, intimidating, condescending, and totally unprofessional. Should retire from practice in this field.

Dr. Davuluri is very personable, he did extensive testing on me in order to get an accurate diagnosis and then started a treatment plan that I feel secure with. I love him, I doubt you could find a more qualified, compaionate neuroligist in this area. I highly reccomend him.

Dr. Davuluri took his time with me and listened to my concerns regarding my condition. He ordered the necessary tests to find out what is happening, so that we may treat the condition. He is very caring and attentive. His lumbar puncture skills are excellent! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed during the whole procedure. Excellent Physician!
