I’ve been coming here since November 24,2017 this place has changed my life . By now I would either be in jail or dead at the rate I was going in my addiction. New seasons treat you like a person and not just a number. I have the best counselor in the building which is Darlene. The nurses are great as well .I will forever miss the nurse jessica. She helped me though a lot. So if your thinking about coming here please make that life changing decision. This November it will be six years clean off of opiates and alcohol.. they have counseling, and classes and group classes have started back up now. The main key in to recovery is family support and changing ur people,places, and things…before I come here I was living out of my car in southern Illinois. Now since I’ve moved back home I have my own place I’m able to keep a job I’ve met the love of my life this past year and we are getting married this coming may. My life has changed for the better the people who work here are truly caring. So again if ur thinking about coming here please do it changed my life I’m no longer depending on pills and alcohol it takes work and u make slip a time or two I know I did but you get back up and keep fighting …Thank you new seasonsNickAlso Ashley the new peer counselor is awesome as well she’s become a friend to me then a counselor to me also

I have been coming here for months. The nurses are amazing and the counselors are ok too. Not too happy with the way it is being run. It seems like they are playing games with peoples recovery. I should have earned my “take homes” months ago. But flodding prevented me feom getting there for a month. Since I have made one to two groups a month for the past several months so I can earn my take homes. NOW all of a sudden there is a month of groups missing and I can’t have my take homes. I live in Illinois , haven’t failed a drop in MONTHS but they keep playing with my sobriety by expecting me to drive 140 miles EVERY DAY TO GET MY MEDICINE!!!! There is a clinic opened in MARION IL. For anyone not wanting to deal with these people who are playing games with peoples sobriety

The Nurses, counselors and all the staff are wonderful people! They treat you with respect and dignity. They don't just see you as an addict but as a person with real issues and problems. After more than 20 years as an opiate addict I finally have my life back because of this place. Anybody that is thinking that they might need help should give them them a call.The only complaint I would have is the wait time on some days! Most people with boxes pick up on same days and there is only one nurse on that day!!!! Big shoutout to Jess, Loretta, Tim, Jeff and Angelica!! You all keep everything running smoothly.

Cape Girardeau’s new season metro treatment center has been a great experience they have great nurses and wonderful counselors that will be there for you every step of the way to recovery. I’ve managed to stay clean with the help of them. Every one there is nice and respectful. I am grateful to be part of Metro Treatment Center.

If I knew how wonderful this place and its people were, how easy they make it to set you on the path to recovery, that this was what I was terrified of, I definitely would have done this years ago! It is almost exactly one year ago that I walked through the doors here, and I couldn’t be any prouder of my success. That’s their success! If you feel like you might be ready to take that step, please please come in! My words can not express how much fuller and better your life can be with this clinic’s help!

I love Jessica the nurse she is amazing, Jeff is the best counselor ever and he genuinely cares for you. Most of the staff is incredible. There are a few who does not need to be there. I will forever miss Holly. She made a huge impact on my life and her group's were amazing and she put her heart into it. Without this place I know I'd be dead. This is my first time trying MAT and I haven't had the desire to use since January 31, 2016. Awesome staff. Genuine careEvery single time that nurses call out as soon as we are suppose to dose Jessica still is the most reliable person who will work. She is always there when every nurse leaves us hanging. If we have to be too work on time and call out 24hrs before our shift the next morning, then the staff should too and not right when we expect to dose and go to work. I like everyone there. But Jessica is the most reliable, dependable and caring nurse who will come to work in her pajamas if she has to. Thank you Angelica for helping out when your staff has an issue getting to work. That shows how much you care about the well being of us clients!!! Top nurse, Jessica
