Christopher Reis's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Has no compassion. Has zero personality. He only wants to do his treatment without interacting with the patient and if family members have any questions they have to make an appointment to ask the doctor questions.

I have a long history of spine and back diagnoses and surgeries. When I was placed on disability and retired, we relocated back to the Cape area. I realized I would need to establish a relationship with an Spine specialist in the area for future issues. I was put on 6 week waiting list to specifically see if Dr Reis would accept me as a patient. Before an appointment would be scheduled, I was mailed and filled-out all forms provided. I also gathered all MRI disc’s, reports, and medical records from the last 25+yrs, then personally delivered these to their office front desk. I brought additional copies of everything when I arrived for my appointment. However, the front office could not find my records and refused to accept the duplicates I had brought. I had to fill out all forms 2 more times. The front office stated they had no contact or communications with the staff or doctors in the clinic area. When I mentioned this to the nurses and doctors, they also stated they had no contact with their own front office receptionists. Dr Reis never bothered to see me. He sent in a child, medical assistant that showed no compassion, was aggressive, rude and had a god complex. Due to my 25yr history of previously documented diagnoses, surgeries, vertebra fusions, and degenerative cartilage throughout my body, it was way beyond her knowledge level. Therefore, she stated they were not interested in establishing a relationship with me. I was never allowed to see the specialist, Dr. Reis that I had specifically scheduled my appointment with. Without any basis she stated that I was only there for drugs, even though I never mentioned anything about wanting medication. Her only response, which she repeated multiple times was “We only give cortisone/steroid shots here”. I did request a cortisone/steroid shot while I was there for pain in my L shoulder, which she immediately refused. I typically have gotten these shots, about every six months, from all my previous doctors. She was clearly out of her depth. Although their website and advertising claim spine specialists and pain treatment, they appear to provide no such services.

If I could give him a zero, I would. Horrible manners and incompetent

I've been seeing Dr. Reis for less than a year and I feel better than I have in the past 20 years. The MILD procedure he performed on me is the best thing that ever happened to me. I still have some pains, but I didn't even know I had them because the pain in my L4 hurt so much that I didn't even notice the others. I've gone to other Dr.'s before with little results. I personally highly recommend Dr. Reis, to me he is a Top-notch doctor. The staff is always on time, courteous and they listen to you.

I’m so thankful for Dr.Reis and his Staff! My life was so terrible and painful. They gave me back my quality of life. I was blessed with all of your skills and care! If you are having severe back pain I suggest you check in with Dr. Reis and his Staff

DR REIS IS GREAT. I HAVE BEEN GOING TO HIM FOR 10 YEARS AND HE ALWAYS HELPS ME. HE ALWAYS LISTENS AND TAKES AS MUCH TIME AS YOU NEED HIM TO. I HAVE HAD ALOT OF INJECTIONS BY HIM AND BY FAR HE HAS HELPED ME MORE THEN ANYONE.
