Doctor acted like she could care less about my problems was rude and wouldn’t recommend her to any one got absolutely no answers to my question r what they were going to do to fix the problems

She agreed to take me on as a patient after Providence ER referred me over to her. It was going to take about 5 weeks to get in, so I arranged to get another opinion in the community while I waited. Having a second opinion before getting ones spine cut into is a good thing. This doctors representative (Heather) informed me that this doctor will NOT give a second opinion. The arrogance there is simply unreal. First you take me on as a patient, and then as soon as your computer tells you that I went and saw another physician, you dropped me, and blatantly told me that this doctor, and the rest of her clinic will NOT give a second opinion on surgery. I fail to understand, as I simply wanted an unbiased option. I wasn't even going to bring up what the other doctor said, just wanted her professional opinion. It's alright, I'm glad it worked out this way as she completely missed a break in my spine when the ER consulted with her. No confidence in her at all.

Dr Monaco truly cared about ME! She listed to me and addressed my issues. Not many Dr.s do that. Most just rush you in and out of the office so they can get more patients thru.
