List of Landmark Hospital's Reviews
The entire staff have really gone out of their way to get me all the care I need pleasant professional and very kind thank you all for saving my life
Everyone at this hospital works so hard The nurses doctors and social workers always took time to talk to me about my uncles condition. When the time came that we had to use comfort care several staff members stayed right with us until the end. A special thank you to Pam Tim for being there to help me with the decisions I had to make.I appreciate everyone
People were fantastic.drs and nurses alikethey really care for the patients.i was on ventalater for sometime while spending 3 months there.Thank you to everyone who cared for me.sincerely Jimmy Doublin
My grandmother was a patient here and she absolutely loved it. She never had a complaint about anything and neither did we. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor was very thorough and friendly as well. Although my grandmother wasn’t there very long we could tell such a difference had been made on her by the staff. We are forever thankful for them.
My dad was admitted to Landmark following a car accident. He has 12 broken ribs and needs to be moved often to keep pneumonia from setting in. While in St. Francis he was walking some and sitting in a chair throughout the day. He has been at Landmark for 3 days and still hasnt had anyone help him walk or sit in a chair. And guess what? They think pneumonia is trying to set in... wonder why.. We were told there hasnt been anyone to help him with that because of the holiday and weekend. So 2 more days without the care he needs.. and Dr. Miller is a very uncompassionate and unprofessional doctor. Do not recommend at this time. In hopes things will change after our last visit.
If you want your family member to have good care send them somewhere else. My husband was ill and went to the hospital on improvement he was transferred to Landmark. Then within three weeks his health declined and he passed away. I regret letting the representative talk me into sending him there. I had to drive a hour back and forth just to see him because I live in lee county. And that is time I lost with him that I will never have back. At least if he was in lee I could have seen him 48 extra hours that I wasted driving back and forth. And I blame them for losing that. I wont even give them a 0 on a rating. I lost the love of my life because of their carelessness all they kept asking was does he have a DNR you should really get a DNR. Not this is what we need to help him.
I wish I could give less than one star. If you care at all and want to keep your loved one please do not send them here I as a nurse honestly do not know how they are still open. They do not even do basic care on these patients. My mom went there for rehab after being in ICU in Evansville Indiana. She had a trach so she was unable to communicate. She had been sedated and had some mini strokes before going there. They would tell her she needed to turn herself and not give her the call light. I think she had a total of 34 bed baths in almost 3 months. Had to argue with doctors to get any help for her. Although there were a few amazing staff most were hateful and did not want to hear any suggestions. It was going to be their way because they did not want to do any extra I had taken care of my mom for almost 3 years at home. Knew all her medical stuff and was her POA they did not care. They would restrain her to the bed which at times was needed but I was never notified when it happened. She had coded during transfer at the beginning of her illness in march and had PTSD from this so her anxiety was severe and they would just yell at her for it. There was no where else for us to go because she had a trach and dialysis so we were stuck. She was not given therapy like she should and was maybe up in a chair less than 10 times between april till she passed on June 27th. I feel certain I would still have my mom if not for this place Please look at options and do not send your loved one here Many other families were going through the same thing when we were there. We waited a month for an ENT to show up because they only have the one with privileges and he needed to retire long ago. He forgot to bring what he needed and could hardly walk on his own. Also side not I killed so many bugs and huge spiders and would report it every time. They acted like it was normal and no big deal.
Dont take any of your family there. Nurses and doctors are incompetent
My mom was admitted to Landmark hospital on September 10 and we are very pleased with her care. Our first impression was very good. Lots of professional staff on hand to give the very best care. They take the time to answer our questions. 5 stars.
A loved one was put in this hospital to recover from a gunshot wound. Previously he was at mercy hospital in St. Louis for 2 months. When he was moved to this hospital he gained stage 4 LIFE THREATENING BEDSORES. They cannot provide minimal care during the night shift.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
